In some topics you get members having conversations and talking about specific things. We don't touch those. Undertaker's topic all that was being posted was "no", "yes"..."what's the point of this?". So it was decided that it should be deleted.
Members are bound to be upset when there topics are deleted, but at the end of the day you have to be willing to accept why it was deleted also.

reena is a mod and she has been for a long time...its at her discretion as to when and how she comes online and moderates...she has prior commitments...yet whenever she gets the time she visits the forum.

like for example, u tell ur friends that u hate people who give u crap about others...then thats not an attack...they r jst saying that for that certain thing..they hate that kind of people. . The fact of the matter is that in the 'Our Forum' thread many posts have been deleted even before this, I mean that thread is an old thread. Now why that has happened is because the whole point Raj made that thread was to create a positive atmosphere with in the forum - a place where members could share all the "good times". Therefore any posts that put forward any negativity were deleted. Yes, going about it that way was probably not right on his side. Another Mod would've possibly handled it differently. For that, I apologise.
Anyway from this whole incident we learnt that actually y'know some members are unhappy about the way this forum is run. So that's why the decision was taken to open up this thread, so that it doesn't affect the rest of the forum. I mean we could've just ignored that and let you guys rant on about how bad we are..but we didn't. Surely, that says something? This thread was set up for you guys to voice your concerns and in return for us to help you understand why we do what we do. Afterall we're not hear to upset people (even though it may happen sometimes), we're here to keep the peace with in the forum.
Now, Undertaker's thread was just an example of when on the odd occassion a thread that is not abusive etc is deleted. Otherwise, Moderators don't go around deleting threads made by members there's usually a very good reason. The 'Online Chat Zone' is the best example, I mean there's so many threads there made by members that are still present. Y'know, so apart from that there's nothing else I can say...
One final thing...if Mods don't post around that doesn't neccessarily mean that they are not active. We're still here..undercover..:cool: ...hehe...
Hope this puts a few things into perspective.
Oh and by the way....I'm not horrible...:( ...
