ive had a crush on this guy for ages at school he sits next to me in my maths lessons hes also in my french ict and re lessons i cant get him out of my head hes gorgeous. he does kick boxing so hes totaly toned and hes really tall and has realy broad shoulders his smile is amazing and i cant get him out of my head the thing is i cant pluck the courage to say a word to him and when i do its only about work
he knows i like him because my friend told his friend a few weeks ago but apparently hes not ready to date anyone is this just a kind rejection or is he telling me the truth how do i talk to him or get him off my mind

looks like crush to me.. cause ur speaking much abt his physical looks n stuff... u dun have to go for date to knw him..try talking n know him better

i know its a crush and that i should get to know him better (i said that in the letter in the first place) i just want to know how i can suddenly start talking to him coz he will find it wierd if i suddenly spark up a conversation out of the blue

ok here's what you do: (RE's a good lesson for this- but make sure you're happy with it first!)
you need to get him to open up first so do as follows:
1. do you have a brother? talk to him first about anything guy's like- eg football. find out everything about a certain football match (make sure it's important)- details!
2. ask him when your comfortable about how he thinks the match went, who payed well, what's his favourite team etc.
3. DON'T talk for too long on football - 15 mins max. (it becomes way too obvious and you look as if you're trying too hard)
4. re's a good subject for general talk- ask him his opinion on a certain topic to do with it. eg. abortion
5. lead this onto talking about your family a little (VERY LITTLE) and ask him about his family - any brothers/sisters etc.
6. then shut up for a bit - (in case he wants to say something)
7. if not carry on talking - but CHANGE TOPICS!
8. remember: the key is to get to know him better first before even thinking of dating
9. it also helps to have some common interests so talk hobbies.:)
10. turn your body to face him - (it shows you're paying attention and you're interested)
11. if he moves back or turns himself away from you- SLOW DOWN. It means you're going too fast for him.
12. whatever you do don't jump in head first!:eek:
13. take your time, (this tends to happen over 3 or 4 weeks minimum)
14. if he's interested - he'll ask you out
15. if he doesn't he may only like you as a friend or he's too shy:confused:
16. either way get one of your friends to talk to his and SUBTLETY IS THE KEY so get her to approach the subject slowly
17. not too slowly! (he'll think she's wants him)
18. DON'T PANIC if things don't go according to plan
19. start again and work back;)
20. at the end of the day if he really really doesn't like you, he's an idiot

thankx but ive probly messed it up by now anyway... i told my friends and they went in head first b4 this msg came up and they told him that some one likes him (although apparently he did give me a realy nice look when he heard this) so ive probly rushed things coz he obviously nos i like him and i havent said a word to him... i will use the steps for next time if this one doesnt work out tho =] thankies any who

it's ok- whatever you do, avoid him for a while. Say until next week. then go back to talking to him a little again. basically go bit by bit and you'll be fine:D

im driving my self (and my friends) insane with all this boy rubbish its making me so annoyed
it seems so easy when im not sitting next to him and then when i am its immpossible
every lesson i have with him im like ; "ok il say something today"
"well it wasnt my fault il talk to him next lesson" etc ..
he was staring at my art folder today and i so nearly asked him if he liked any of my bands id put on it but because ive already asked a mutual friend what music he likes i know he probly wouldnt like them so i didnt bother saying any thing even tho my friends said it would probly lead into another convosation
its soo annoying its driving me bonkers!
i want so much for me to be able to talk to him but i cant bring myself to make the leap!

well, since it's math class,
you know, like, maybe you should pay attention to whats being taught...
ie: math.
and if thats not possible, im sure you teacher can switch yer seat elsewhere...
im sure it's not too big of a deal...

i have to say NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER playin truth and dare with 3 boys who are messed up in the head.. NEVER EVER AGAIN...
at da end of the game i was feeling soo sick and disgusted with what's in their head i wanted to murder all 3 ov them...
how can guys haveeee such a dirtyyy and badd mind??
