wel kahaani ghar ghar kii has turned a new leaf with di eighteen year leap..parvati becomes di ultra glam princess of jaipur, janki devi..daughter of narayani devi...(narayani devi instigates parvati to take revenge gainst her once-upon-a-time dear ones who let her down wen she faced tough time being accused of om's n krishna's murder..parvati undergoes cosmetic surgery and bids farewell to her agemarks..she acquires a new getup wid her staight brown silky hair n manhish malhotra sadees..) she is snobbish,too aware of her sophistication: al her gestures hav a dramatic feel..in short she is not an ammaji anymore..!!!
in da meanwhile trishna becomes da oh-so-manly malkin of da agarwal house..kamal is her hen'pecked hussy..dadi maaji n vandy maassi r cald da refugee camp who r treated no better dan servants...sruti is da typical biznez woman in formal suits.. sameer fits into da role of a polished ghar jamai..gunn is di illtreated widow bahu of da house who is allowed to clad only in white..
den der r da new protagonists..bharat , pranay(sruti''s n sameers son), pragati(gunn's n krishna's daughter),adi urf vikramaditya mehra(mayuri and shikr mehras son n suyash n rajeshwari's grandson)tanu(gunn's daughter who was really born to sruti)..neha(sonu's daughter), ronit, bheem, tiny........n maithili(parvati's accountants daughter n paragati's best buddy)...
bharat is selfish n chalak who lives dreaming of outsmarting trishna n finding his way to riches..
pranay is dis romantic but serious guy..sort of a mammas boy,who tries hard to make himself a well known writter....
pragati is da most cute n chubby gal ever..she wants to become a lawyer like her mum.n get her out of da misery n agony she faces in da house...
adi is da bad boy of da story..he n pranay r loggerheads at each ader..
tanu is a tom boy who lives her life in her own terms....
maithili is da gal next door who'd do anything to help her friend paragati..yah she likes pranay..who doesnt think of a love life in his wildest of dreamz..
da rest of da chilren r brats!!!
on da mehra front rajeshwari gives tough competition to trishna as far as being authoritative over da "less manly men" goes(am talkin bout da stands taken by da men,dont know bout da physical aspects..shud ask rajeshwari herself bout dat) who include mr(suyash)mehra..shikr..n adi..
trishna's n rajeshwari's wardrobes have a mandira(sphagetti fame) bedi touch!!!
