i dont understadn how canu fall in love in a n arranged marriage i mean after yes but wudnt u want to love the person before u though ur life away?
i never understand this.whud u wanna get an arranged marriage?

when u spend time with someone....a lot of time...u end up liking them...even if u thoguht they werent meatn for u in the start...

unfortunately it stll exists but i m among the lucky people who had done a love marriage so i even cnt imagine how would be living wth a person whom u dnt love at all (at least at first)...

well arranged marriage scenario is changing nowdays.. ppl do meet each other.. n get to know each other a bit..and i completely believe in arranged marriage....i think the ratio of luv marriage compared to arranged is very less... arranged lasts more...

There are umpteen reasons as to why Marriage holds good when compared to Live-ins; now take me as an age old idiot (who is 20 years old) or just another scumbag trying to be different from the rest of the croud, but I have seen reasons apt enough to make me beleive that "Marriage" though a small word adds a lot of meaning to a relationship which could other wise be treated as a mere trial to a long bonding. An act of lust.

I come from a moderately well-to-do family... and the Bunglow groups where I reside in has 3 such couples showing of the prowess of thier Live-inn relationship. One of them are our alternate neighbours and we can practically see whats happening in thier life .. though its not very good of us to be looking into thier personal stuff .. but then again .. the buildings are pretty close and the noise can be overheard .. the fights and the debates .. the disappointments and frustration .. the inadequency of proper parental care .. every thing lacks.

They too were couples who were madly in love , thier parents never gave into thier decision to "Live-in" thus they never guided them to a proper martial life .
Well, blah Live-in's are never martial... whereas just recently a newly married coupled have moved in, thats to our other side and mm my mom knows them through some channel.. bleh who knows how.. but they are such a sweet and cuddly twosome.. they keep visiting us.. mom & dad speak to them a lot . After work they have time to share with each other and they PLAN thier future together.

Unlike these poor people who fell into a relationship they never wanted .. it's been 2 years now and the couple who have'nt married as of yet are gonna have a kid. YUCK! thats when the real trauma begins.. this child now will have to face the BRUNT of the ****' ignorance of his/her so called parents.. the poor being will have to see them curse and cuss at each other then may be.. to a time when it boils over to a seperation and then legal complications over who must have the child.. or who DOESNT want the child, that will ultimately lead him to being an unwanted creature, who will be then KEPT as a showpiece with some NANNY and the parents may come and visit him once in a while.. MONEY is never a problem these days.. since both earn that kid may grow into another disturbed person.

Comparitively.. the others have planned what's to be done, when to bring in thier offsprings and thus decide a better life together. The So-called freedom I believe is a curse.

ITS ALWAYS GOOD TO BE UNDER SOME SET OF MINIMAL RESTRICTIONS BE IT NORMAL LIFE OR MARTIAL . UNDUE FREEDOM LEADS TO A HECKLOAD OF PROBLEMS

Hey you always feel wanted when some one pokes you for coming home late. Heh, don't you feel you would like a life partner who would ask you WHY THE **** WERE YOU WITH HIM/HER ? Heh , then there is the "manofying" part and heh lotsa better things which lack in live-ins .

I think its easy to fall in love with the dude you get an arranged marriage with.. . cause thats just me, i like everyone. IF i ever had an arranged married WHICH IS 100% UNLIKELY, i would probably fall in love with the dude after a while... unless he was INCREDIBLY UGLY

i'm very surprising, maybe i'm naive but i thought that arranged marriages are very rare. i just can't imagine that i can marry with someone i don't know.. but who arrange the marriage? parents?

If you have an arranged marriage...and do it the right way...i.e. it's not forced, then quite frankly you choose who you wished to get married to. So surely there must be something there for you to take that step?....most presummably your attracted to the guy, and from there don't you build on that relationship?

You get to know the guy know the guy...you're not sleeping with a stranger...and who says you have to love on the very first night?!

I've known lots of friends and family go that route...and an overwhelmingly vast majority are very happy together...but just because its true for someone else, it doesn't make it right for you....

I'd say go with ur heart. Don't compromise on that. and you'll be happy...
