at night times you should relax your mind and brain...and its always good if you watch tv before sleeping....dont think much at night times....the more you wonder or think about something ..the more it affects....and having a good sleep is very imp for health and for the functioning of next day... ppl may tell u anything....but u should know whats good and better for you and whats not
