Never mind two years ago the Abhishek Bachchan - Karishma Kapoor romance was at its peak and doing a dizzy round of the grapevine. And now not so long ago in the recent past alleged rumours of the Abhishek Bachchan - Rani Mukherjee romance had started gaining momentum. Their love story had taken off on the sets of Mani Ratnam’s film Yuva.

Finally it was secretly decided to officially announce the engagement on Big B’s next birthday on Oct 11 this year.

And the next thing one knew was that Abhishek and Rani had already, allegedly, got engaged on the Queen Bee’s birthday on March 21st in one of Goa’s beach resort where Rani was holidaying.
When contacted both Abhishek and Rani neither confirmed nor denied the clandestine celebration but humouredly commented, “Just wait and watch till we both make our official announcement of the engagement.” Amen.

National Award winning actor Manoj Bajpai and actress Neha (of Kareeb) secretly tied the knot on February 23.

The couple has been together for the past 7 years and has been very private about it. Hence the marriage being a complete hush hush affair doesn't come as a surprise. The couple had a court marriage in presence of a few very close friends, of which two were the witnesses.

The decision was taken very suddenly between February 20 and 21 even the actor's parents and siblings who live in Bihar could not make it to the wedding on time.

It is the most sensational casting of the year. For a long time now, plans to cast Hrithik and Aishwarya together have gone kaput. But if all goes well, the two will be seen together in the Yash Chopra production very shortly.

The master-brain behind the project? Aditya Chopra, the man who also produced 2004's surprise blockbuster "Dhoom".

For the first time in his career, Hrithik will play a villain, albeit a very suave James Bond kind of bad-man wearing the best clothes and saying the most attractive lines heard on this side of Hannibal Lector in "The Silence Of The Lambs".
