pirated ones dun have the movie ad printed on the cd and mostly pirated are written copy , and there print is not tht good
i get pirated copy of movie on monday or sunday if movie is released on friday hehe oh shh dun tell anyone.. i dun want the anti piracy ppl to drop in my house

^^ Dvd's from ebay are not necessarily pirated.. They may be used DVD's.. but its not necessary that they r pirated :)

Also, most (not all) pirated DVD's have diff. file structure. Instead of the file being in ISO, they are in DAT.
And all pirated DVDs dont have the company's hologram on the cover.
