Over the years, I.I.F.A. Awards has emerged as the most looked forward to annual event in Bollywood, with the crème de la crème of Bollywood being invited for the spectacular event year after year. The I.I.F.A. weekend in June in Amserdam was a roaring success and the three W[h]izkids -- Sabbas, Andre and Viraf -- decided to celebrate the success with a 2-day celebration in Mumbai.
Close friends of Sabbas, Andre and Viraf, the Wizcraft team and handpicked media persons from Mumbai were invited at Shatranj, Bandra on Saturday, July 9, while the Bollywood brigade -- leading stars and luminaries -- were given a red carpet welcome on Sunday, July 10 at Vie Lounge, Juhu.
The question on everyone's lips is, Where will the next I.I.F.A. Awards be held in 2006? Some say it's U.S.A, a few opine it's Australia, while others swear it's Canada. “We've been receiving feelers from several countries, but haven't confirmed anything yet,” Sabbas and Andre inform me.
They did drop a hint, but we're sworn to secrecy. Let things be finalized first…
