Hi everyone I really want your help out on this one....... is it me or has bollywood adopted new values and beliefs
Do u agree that Bollywood movies are now accepting the western values into their movies and that Bollywood movies are now more open to sexuality(sex scenes, nudity etc) and religion is not playing a major role in Bollywod movies as such and if yes then why do u think this is????? Why is there a growing cross culture between the two???
This is actually part of my school requirements i'm australian and i've had a growing intrest in the indian culture esp bollywood movies for a while one of my mates got me into it i don't know what it is but i love it..... so plz guys help me out on this one coz i'm new to all this and its really important to me and my assignment that i get the views of a group of people who have an understanding of bollywood and hollywood. I have chosen to do "the effects of hollywood on bollywood" i'm researching issues such as how bollywood is adopting western norms.

whatever happened to the good old days when religion and family values were taken into consideration this was the major part the movie was based around
what ever happened to the good old family movies when we all could sit all sit around and watch but now bollywood can't get enough of exposing girls and their bodies on screen but ofcourse not all movies are like that.
Hollywood has become a big part of bollywood...... but bollywood has become a big part of hollywood just look at some of there movies e.g. bend it like beckham, guru, bride and prejudice
There's a growing cross culture coz everyone is now more accepting and aware of other cultures

no its not gonna be next bollywood..there r still stars who wouldnt do such crap movies...its jus few directors n actors who wanna make it quick... but they can never go on for long race...cause someone else flashes more and she makes news...so its not going anywhere..it would be better if they focus on making some quality movies
